The League Setup Wizard has two modes of operation, Standard and Advanced. The standard mode is recommended for first time users. Select "Standard" and click "Next >", which will take you to the Team Setup / Draft Order Setup page.

Or select Advanced, which will take you to the Advanced Team Setup / Draft Order Setup page.
